Through strategic planning and creative build process, we create audience experiences for exhibitions & conferences, television, film & stage, sporting events & corporate hospitality. Our production based in the Czech Republic is a fully operational woodworking, decorating and electrical workshop with storage warehousing both on-site and off site. Keeping a close eye on production with creativity and care making the whole process smooth and effective.

Stephen Hand
Steve started Reflekt in 2015. Taking responsibility of bringing Reflekt to where it stands today within the industry. On top of this he has delivered both large and small scale projects across Europe, South America, Africa and USA. With over 25 years’ experience in international events, Steve has an unrivalled global network of partners and suppliers and an impressive experience of delivering multi-faceted, major projects on a global platform.

Pavlina Hand
Pavlina co-founder of Reflekt in 2015. Since then, she has headed up the financial side of the business, overseeing and streamlining budget control, human relations, health & safety requirements, insurance policies and safeguarding our success through acquisition and expansion. Pavlina studied Economy and Business Management and also graduated at Parkway North High school in St. Louis. She is a native Czech and a more than proficient English speaker.
Production Manager
Ivo Marius
Ivo has moved his company role to Head of Production after years of project management experience working with Novo Nordisk covering around 12 events worldwide as well as dealing with clients at Mobile World Congress, ITB, SIBOS, Ivo holds Project Management Diploma and is also IOSH certified in health and safety. He has a Masters degree in Sports Management & Marketing. He is a native Czech and a proficient English speaker.

Tomas Sura
Tomas holds a bachelor's degree in International Relations and has accumulated 7 years of experience in various business roles. His career began in the field of international relations, and over the years he transitioned into business activities, primarily focusing on sales and negotiation. After his initial experience in sales, he dedicated 5 years to project management, primarily at Assa Abloy, and later with Reflekt Group. During this time he has had the opportunity to lead and oversee various projects, honing his project management skills and gaining valuable insights into different industries. This diverse background has equipped him with a well-rounded skill set.

Eliska is passionately driven project manager with 2 years of experience. She is a native Czech speaker, fully fluent in English and has a good command of French, This commitment reflects her adaptability and openness to diverse cultural perspectives, enabling her to effectively engage with international clients and team members. She holds a master's degree in management, specializing in managerial psychology and sociology that helps her to understand the importance of motivation, teamwork, and effective leadership in achieving project goals.Her passion for personal and professional growth led her to participate in the Work and Language Scheme in South Africa. This experience not only enhanced her language skills but also exposed her to diverse cultural perspectives, further enriching her ability to work effectively in international settings. In addition to her professional endeavors, she is actively involved in volunteering for various sports events.Eliska thrives on challenges and is committed to putting clients first. With a client-centric approach, she ensures that their needs and goals are always at the forefront of every project. She prioritizes understanding and meeting clients' needs, ensuring their satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle. She always seeks for new opportunities to expand her knowledge base and broaden her horizons.

Domi has joined the team recently as a Project Manager with her personal goal to gain as much experience as possible in the role to be able to make all client’s visions alive.
After graduating Management of tourism her steps led to career development focusing on growth of her organizational skills. During that period of time she has explored various roles in administration and events from back office to production. Such as organizing team buildings, managerial trainings and lectures or participating on events for 100+ participants. All of that enhanced her skills especially in communication, complex thinking and creativity. She is a native Czech speaker, fluent in English and basic knowledge of German language.

Dominica is an adventurous spirit and a creative thinker. With a degree in Advertising Promotion, she embarked on a journey that took her to the UK to study English, where honed her skills while building a dynamic career in West Yorkshire. Throughout her journey, she has collaborated with various UK companies on exciting event projects, showcasing her strong business acumen, communication, and keen attention to detail. Passionate about sports and driven by discipline and perseverance, Dominica thrives on embracing new challenges with enthusiasm and a zest for creativity.

Radomir Barta
Radek began his career as a carpenter, crafting beautiful musical instruments and meticulously ensuring their quality. This work taught him precision and a passion for craftsmanship.
He transitioned into the construction industry, where he gained valuable experience in construction and project management.
After joining Reflekt as a material purchaser. This role allows him to merge his skills from carpentry and construction with the field of commerce and supplier management.

Jan Razek
High School of Civil Engineering, Vysoké Mýto (2001-2005): Specialized in civil engineering, gaining theoretical and practical skills through school projects.
Water Management Project Designer (2005-2018): Thirteen years of experience in diverse water management projects, collaborating with engineering teams and ensuring high-quality project documentation.
Designer, Reflekt Group, s.r.o. (2018-2020): Transitioned to the events industry, contributing to the design and implementation of structural elements for various events and public gatherings.
